Curry submission from TEXAS/ A new Underground Indian Gem

While my brief sabbatical from posting whimsical adventures of Curry was short, my personal interactions with the beloved spice was found all around me.  For a while now my roommate also known as "CCC," and guest blogger, has been recommending Aditi, a small Indian gem found below Union Station.  While many of the faux foodie ethnophobes would be discouraged to take a chance outside of the MSG ladened Chinese food, Aditi "brings it." What is "it" you might ask? "It" is an infusion of quality curry with delicate spice.  One highlight of the trip is the Chicken Tikka Masala, a bbq chicken curry of sorts, and highly recommended by the American Curry Association(ACA).
